In the first three quarters, Shaanxi automobile production increased by 11.5% year-on-year.

Recently, according to the Shaanxi Automobile Industry Association, in the first three quarters, the automobile production in Shaanxi reached 1.327 million units, an increase of 11.5% year-on-year, which is higher than the national average by 0.6 percentage points; the value added increased by 24.8% year-on-year, higher than the national average by 13.6 percentage points. The production of new energy vehicles reached 876,000 units, an increase of 9.8% year-on-year, accounting for 66% of the total automobile production in the province. Key enterprises in the Shaanxi automobile industry performed well in the first three quarters. Xi'an BYD produced 811,000 vehicles, an increase of 13.9% year-on-year, with a 23.9% increase in complete vehicle output and a 25.9% increase in component output. Shaanxi Automobile Group sold 149,500 vehicles, an increase of 19.2% year-on-year, with sales of new energy vehicles reaching 24,700 units, an increase of 181.7% year-on-year. Xi'an Geely produced 231,000 vehicles, an increase of 9.1% year-on-year; complete vehicle output increased by 6.9% year-on-year; while Baoji Geely produced 145,000 vehicles, an increase of 1.6% year-on-year. In the fourth quarter, relevant departments in the province will continue to provide proactive services to stabilize the foundation of automobile growth, closely monitor and provide services, understand the production situation of enterprises, continue to solve problems related to financing, environmental protection, safety, etc., and make every effort to help and support enterprises in need.
