Announcement of the State Council Customs Tariff Commission on Adjusting Measures for Imposing Additional Tariffs on Imported Goods Originated from the United States.

In order to implement the consensus reached in the China-US economic and trade negotiations, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations such as the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, as well as the basic principles of international law, with the approval of the State Council, starting from 13:01 on November 10, 2025, the adjustment of the additional tariffs on imported goods from the United States as specified in the "Announcement of the State Tariff Commission of the State Council on Imposing Additional Tariffs on Goods Originating in the United States" shall continue to suspend the implementation of the 24% additional tariff rate on imports from the United States for one year, while retaining the 10% additional tariff rate.
