According to the Wise Finance APP, Standard & Poor's Global announced that Hong Kong's seasonally adjusted Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) for October rose to 51.2, up from 50.4 in September, marking the third consecutive month in which it has been above 50 in the expansion range. At the same time, the survey shows that businesses remain cautious about the business outlook for the next year.
