Nuo and Nord offer to acquire Metsera for one billion dollars.

On November 4th, Novo Nordisk and Pfizer respectively raised their acquisition offers for the weight loss drug developer Metsera. Novo Nordisk's latest offer reached about 10 billion US dollars, while Pfizer also increased their bid to 8.1 billion US dollars.
