On November 4th, Liu Wei, Secretary of the Party Group of the Ministry of Transport and Minister, conducted a research in Yan'an, Shaanxi. Liu Wei visited Liangjiahe Village and Nanniwan Agricultural Demonstration Area, listened to work reports, and inspected the situation of rural roads being hardened on site.
