Zhitaong Finance and Economics APP news, Baoxin Technology (002514.SZ) announced that the company (Party A) intends to sign a "Equity Investment Agreement" with Zhishen Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhishen Technology", Party B) and Shuyanger Media Technology (Sichuan) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shuyanger Media", Party C) to jointly invest in establishing a joint venture company in Chengdu, Sichuan. The proposed registered capital of the joint venture company is 40 million yuan, of which the company's monetary contribution is 20.4 million yuan, accounting for 51% of the registered capital of the joint venture company. The joint venture company will become a subsidiary of Baoxin Technology.
