Zhixin Finance and Economics APP news, Smart Thinking Education (01769.HK) has announced that on November 4, 2025, the Group and Shenzhen Huaxia Junyong entered into a joint venture agreement, and the contracting parties agreed to establish a joint venture company with a registered capital of RMB 385 million to research and develop education-oriented artificial intelligence robots.
