Google Maps introduces AI real-time lane guidance function, the first compatible model is Polestar 4

On November 4, Google Maps announced the launch of real-time lane guidance for vehicles equipped with Google's built-in system. This feature relies on the in-car artificial intelligence system, which analyzes lane markings and road signs in real time through the front camera. This real-time traffic data will be instantly integrated into the Google Maps navigation system. The real-time lane guidance feature will first be available on the Polestar 4 model in the United States and Sweden in the coming months. Through partnerships with major automakers, this feature will gradually expand to more road types and vehicle models.
