The National Exhibition and Convention Center announced that its shareholder, CEC Great Wall Microelectronics, with a 15.44% stake, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 11,920,298 shares, or 2% of the company's total share capital, from November 27 to February 25 through centralized bidding or bulk trading, due to its own capital needs. The reduction through centralized bidding and bulk trading shall not exceed 5,960,149 shares each. The source of the reduction this time is obtained before the IPO and the increase in capital reserve. The reduction plan is subject to uncertainty and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations.
