Shanghai Bank is allowed to revoke the supervisory board.

On the evening of November 4th, Shanghai Bank announced that it had recently received the approval from the Shanghai Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for the amendment of the company's articles of association. The revised articles of association have been approved.
