Redick Announcement: The company passed unanimously at the 22nd meeting of the fourth board of directors on November 3, 2025, the proposal to acquire a portion of the equity of Shanghai AoYi Information Technology Co., Ltd. and increase its capital. The company will acquire a total of 79.99 million yuan in cash for 744,100 yuan of registered capital of Shanghai AoYi, accounting for 13.33% of the equity of Shanghai AoYi; at the same time, invest 80 million yuan to subscribe for an additional 496,100 yuan of registered capital, accounting for 8.16% of the equity of Shanghai AoYi after the increase. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 20.41% of the equity of Shanghai AoYi.
