Yuexiu Capital announced that the equity distribution plan for the first half of 2025 has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. Based on a total share capital of 4.999 billion shares after excluding 18.269991 million repurchased shares, a cash dividend of 0.90 yuan will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares held, without bonus shares or capitalization from surplus funds, with a total actual dividend of 450 million yuan. The equity registration date is November 11, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is November 12, 2025. The company has entrusted China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch to distribute cash dividends to A-share shareholders, while some shareholders will receive cash dividends directly.
