Geely Group announced that the company's equity distribution plan for the first three quarters before 2025 is based on a total of 3.472 billion shares, excluding repurchased shares. The plan is to distribute 1.5 yuan in cash to all shareholders for every 10 shares, totaling 521 million yuan in cash dividends. The equity registration date is November 11, 2025, and the ex-rights and ex-dividend date is November 12. After the implementation of this equity distribution, the ex-rights and ex-dividend reference price = closing price on the equity registration date - 0.1468875 yuan/share, and the exercise price of stock options related to the stock option incentive plan will also be adjusted accordingly.
