Fangzheng Securities announced that China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. currently holds 593 million shares of the company, accounting for 7.20%; for operational needs, they plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 82.321 million shares through centralized bidding from November 26, 2025 to February 25, 2026, accounting for approximately 1.00% of the total share capital of the company. The shares will be acquired through agreement transfer.
