Zhito Financial News App reports that Hang On Property (01243) and WANG ON GROUP (01222) jointly announced that on November 4, 2025, the policyholder Twist Pioneer (an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Hang On Property) has received the final insurance policy and policy acceptance confirmation letter from Hang Seng Life Insurance, thereby completing the subscription process. According to the policy, the policyholder has paid a total preliminary single premium of approximately 4.85 million US dollars (equivalent to approximately 37.733 million Hong Kong dollars) to Hang Seng Life Insurance. The policy is a life insurance policy for Mr. Deng Haokang as the insured, with Twist Pioneer as the policyholder and beneficiary.
