The drug catalog negotiation for the year 2025 has successfully concluded.

According to the National Medical Insurance Administration, from October 30 to November 3, the National Medical Insurance Administration organized negotiations and bidding for the 2025 National Essential Medical Insurance Drug Catalog and price negotiations for the commercial insurance innovative drug catalog. A total of 120 domestic and foreign enterprises participated on-site, with 127 drugs participating in the negotiation and bidding for the essential medical insurance drug catalog and 24 drugs participating in the price negotiation for the commercial insurance innovative drug catalog. After the completion of relevant technical, administrative, and legal procedures, the new version of the basic medical insurance drug catalog and the first edition of the commercial insurance innovative drug catalog are planned to be released both online and offline in Guangzhou on the first weekend of December, and will officially take effect on January 1 next year.
