Yuan Dong Biotechnology: Completion of capital increase and related transactions in joint stock companies

The announcement of Yuandong Biology stated that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yuandong Biology Investment Management Co., Ltd. increased its capital by RMB 85.71 million to Shanghai Chaoyang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., with a price of RMB 2.27 per registered capital, corresponding to Shanghai Chaoyang's registered capital of RMB 37.71 million. After this capital increase, Shanghai Chaoyang's registered capital will increase from the original RMB 88 million to RMB 126 million. The company's indirect shareholding in Shanghai Chaoyang will increase from 30.68% to 51.48%, and Shanghai Chaoyang will become a subsidiary of the company, included in the consolidated financial statements.
