Li Hongzhong met with Tran Quoc Hieu, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Fatherland Front of Vietnam.

On November 4th, Li Hongzhong, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, met with Pham Quang Huy, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, in Beijing. Li Hongzhong expressed his welcome to Vietnamese youth who were invited to China to carry out the "Red Study Tour". He emphasized the importance of encouraging youth from both countries to contribute their youthful energy to accelerate the building of a strategically important China-Vietnam community of shared future, in accordance with the important requirements of the top leaders of both parties and countries to deepen youth exchanges. Li Hongzhong also briefed on the situation of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC. Pham Quang Huy expressed his willingness to deepen exchanges between Vietnamese and Chinese youth and contribute to the promotion of Vietnam-China relations.
