North China Pharmaceutical: Subsidiary company obtains approval notification for the application for listing of chemical raw materials for pharmaceuticals.

North China Pharmaceutical Corporation announced on November 4th that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huamin Company, has received the approval and issuance of the cephalosporin cefixime "Chemical Raw Materials Drug Market Application Approval Notice" from the National Medical Products Administration. Cefixime is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic, which is a special prodrug of cefotaxime. After absorption, it is hydrolyzed into the active form cefotaxime and exerts its antibacterial effects.
