Fuyao Glass: The legal representative of the company has been changed from Cao Dewang to his son Cao Hui.

Fuyao Glass announced that the company has completed the procedures for changing its legal representative and has obtained a new Business License issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Fuzhou City. After this change is completed, the legal representative registered on the company's Business License has been changed from Cao Dewang to Cao Hui. Besides this change, there have been no other changes to the items registered on the company's Business License.
