Hong Kong government's statistics department: The total revenue value of the food and beverage sector in the third quarter is tentatively estimated to be HK$26.7 billion.

According to the Finance Channel APP, on November 4, the Hong Kong government's Census and Statistics Department released the latest temporary figures on restaurant revenue and purchase amounts. The temporary estimate of the total revenue of restaurants in the third quarter of 2025 is 26.7 billion Hong Kong dollars, maintaining a similar level to the same period last year. During the same period, the temporary estimate of the total purchase amount of restaurants is 8.6 billion Hong Kong dollars, a 1.0% year-on-year decrease. After excluding the impact of price changes, the temporary estimate of the total revenue of restaurants in the third quarter of 2025 in terms of quantity is estimated to have decreased by 1.4% compared to the same quarter last year.
