On November 4th, Beijing auctioned a residential land in Xihongmen Town, Daxing District, with a total land area of 27,592.846 square meters, a planned construction area of 63,463.546 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.3, a starting price of 1.904 billion yuan, and a starting floor price of 30,001 yuan per square meter. In the end, the land was jointly acquired by China Construction First Class Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Lian Investment Real Estate Co., Ltd. at a total price of 1.904 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 30,001 yuan per square meter.
