TrendForce pointed out that although some DRAM suppliers are still quoting prices, most suppliers are taking a passive quoting approach, and transactions in October are very limited. In addition, as Samsung has basically stopped offering contract prices, other suppliers are taking a wait-and-see attitude, and the DRAM pricing cycle has shifted from quarterly framework agreements to monthly quotes.
