The project is not divided into packages and will be tendered in shares. There will be 2 winning bidders, with shares allocated in the following proportions: 70.00% and 30.00%. The project has set a maximum bid price limit, which is 359 million yuan. Bids with prices higher than the maximum bid price limit will be rejected.
