"First Instance Verdict of the Bai Family Criminal Group: Bai Suo and 5 others Sentenced to Death."

On November 4, 2025, the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen City in Guangdong Province publicly sentenced the Bai Crime Group case in the first instance. Bai Suocheng, Bai Yingcang, Yang Liqiang, Hu Xiaojiang, and Chen Guangyi were sentenced to death; Li Fushou and Li Zhide were sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve; Guo Jianzheng, Pan Xian, and five other defendants were sentenced to life imprisonment; Li Longhua, Luo Wendong, and nine other defendants were sentenced to imprisonment ranging from twenty years to three years, and were also fined, had their property confiscated, or were expelled from the country. After trial, it was found that the Bai Crime Group, led by core members of the Bai family including Bai Suocheng, Bai Yingneng, and Bai Yingcang, with important members such as Li Fushou, family members, trusted subordinates, and armed leaders like Li Longhua, utilized the influence of the Bai family in the Kokang region of Myanmar, and relied on the family's armed forces to establish 41 parks such as Baisheng Hotel, Tenglong Building, and Cangsheng Science Park through self-construction and cooperative development, attracting "patrons" like Yang Liqiang, Pan Xian, and Yan Jiefeng to settle in and provide armed protection, collaborating with these "patrons" to carry out criminal activities such as telecommunications fraud, operating a casino, intentional murder, intentional injury, kidnapping, extortion, organizing and forcing prostitution, organizing others to illegally cross borders, involving over 29 billion yuan in gambling and fraud, resulting in six Chinese citizens dead, one Chinese citizen committing suicide, and multiple Chinese citizens injured. In addition, Bai Yingcang also trafficked and manufactured approximately 11 tons of methamphetamine. The Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen City believes that the defendants Bai Suocheng, Bai Yingcang, and others organized, led, and participated in the criminal group to commit crimes, with their actions constituting 12 charges including fraud, intentional murder, intentional injury, etc. The court made the above decision in accordance with the facts, nature, circumstances, and degree of harm to society of each defendant's crimes. Delegates of the People's Congress, members of the Political Consultative Conference, relatives of the parties involved, and members of the public attended the pronouncement.
