International oil prices rose slightly on the 3rd.

As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for delivery in December on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose by 7 cents to $61.05 per barrel, an increase of 0.11%; while the price of Brent crude oil futures for delivery in January on the London Intercontinental Exchange rose by 12 cents to $64.89 per barrel, an increase of 0.19%.
