The biggest companies leaving Taiwan for the United States is because of the tariffs. None of this would happen without these tariffs." Trump believes that the US should focus on developing high-tech industries, while inexpensive goods should be purchased from abroad. "They can produce things we don't need to produce, like underwear or daily necessities.
