The China Road Transport Association announced that under the organization of the China Road Transport Association, ManBang Group, HuoLaLa, DiDi Freight, and KuaiGou Taxi jointly signed and publicly released the "Self-discipline Convention of Network Freight Information Trading Platform to Protect the Legal Rights and Interests of Truck Drivers" on July 8, 2025. According to the "Self-discipline Convention," the four platform companies solemnly promised that as of November 1, 2025, they will no longer provide freight source information release services to unregistered shippers. As of now, ManBang Group, HuoLaLa, and DiDi Freight have implemented the requirements of the "Self-discipline Convention," implementing real-name authentication for shippers and strict registration and verification of shipper identity information. KuaiGou Taxi has not completed the work of shipper real-name authentication as promised. Based on feedback from member companies and driver groups, the association has tested the APPs, shipper-side mini-programs, and WeChat service accounts of the four platform companies, tracked the implementation of real-name system throughout the process, guided platform companies to optimize and adjust user-end functions in a timely manner, and received strong support from ManBang Group, HuoLaLa, and DiDi Freight. The failure of KuaiGou Taxi to implement shipper real-name authentication as scheduled reflects the insufficient emphasis placed by the company on the "Self-discipline Convention" and the service commitments it has made, as well as a lack of understanding of the importance of implementing shipper real-name authentication and protecting the legal rights and interests of truck drivers. Therefore, the association recommends that KuaiGou Taxi promptly implement the requirements of the "Self-discipline Convention" and implement shipper real-name authentication to effectively protect the legal rights and interests of the truck driver community. The association's unity and cohesion in getting major domestic freight platforms to sign the "Self-discipline Convention" is an important mechanism to strengthen industry self-discipline and ensure fair competition in the market and the protection of the legal rights and interests of the driver community. We will continue to work hard to ensure the effective implementation of the requirements of the "Self-discipline Convention". We will promptly inform members, drivers, and the public of the implementation of the "Self-discipline Convention" and welcome supervision from all sectors of society.
