Zhixin Finance APP News, TianTu Investment (01973.HK) announced that the company has received a notice letter from the China Interbank Market Trading Association regarding the registration of the company's issuance of technology innovation bonds (reference number [2025] PPN363). According to the registration notice letter, the company may issue technology innovation bonds with a total principal amount not exceeding 300 million RMB, with a validity period of up to two years from the date of acceptance of the registration notice letter. The technology innovation bonds will be underwritten by Guosen Securities Co., Ltd., and will be issued in batches during the validity period, with the lead underwriter for each batch to be determined before the respective issuance.
