According to the news from the Securities Times APP, STO Express (002468.SZ) announced that the progress of acquiring 100% equity of Zhejiang Danni Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. has been successfully completed. Danni Logistics has completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures and obtained a new Business License issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Yuhang District, Hangzhou City. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, STO Limited, holds 100% equity of Danni Logistics, and Danni Logistics and its subsidiaries will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
