The China-Europe Export Control Dialogue Consultation was held in Brussels.

According to the Kai Tak Financial APP, on October 31 to November 1, 2025, Jiang Qianliang, Director of the Security and Control Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, and Deputy Director-General Lei Dongnei of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Trade, held an "upgraded" China-Europe export control dialogue consultation in Brussels. The two sides had in-depth and constructive communication on their respective concerns in the field of export control. Both sides agreed to continue to maintain communication and exchanges to promote the stability and smooth operation of the China-Europe industrial chain and supply chain.
