Ji Xing New Energy (03395.HK), Ji Xing Energy, and Liu Yongtan have entered into a loan capitalization agreement.

Zhixin Finance News App reported that Jixing New Energy (03395.HK) announced that on October 31, 2025 (after trading hours), the company, Jixing Energy, and Liuyongtan entered into a loan capitalization agreement, whereby the parties agreed conditionally: (i) Shareholder loans of CAD 3.832 million will be settled in full; and (ii) 2.1 billion capitalization shares will be issued to Liuyongtan at HKD 0.30 per share, totaling CAD 7.4943 million (approximately HKD 41,662,719.59) to repay debts.
