Zhicheng Finance APP News, Nenghui Technology (301046.SZ) announced that, based on optimism about the long-term development of "computing power + AI" and seizing the opportunity of "computing power + new energy" development, the company will promote strategic transformation. Recently, the company jointly invested RMB 10 million with Zhejiang Lisuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Lisuan") in cash, and established a holding subsidiary Zhejiang Nenghui Lisuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "holding subsidiary" or "joint venture company"), of which the company has subscribed for a registered capital of 5.1 million yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 51%.
