Hai Di Lao responds to parents using dining area for children to urinate: the area in question has been specially disinfected.

On October 31st, in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. Mr. Wang reported that on the evening of October 30th, while dining at Hai Di Lao at 8pm, he witnessed a child at the next table urinating in public. After reporting to the manager, the staff compensated him with a fruit platter, which Mr. Wang refused to accept. Hai Di Lao responded to Mr. Wang that under the supervision of the quality and safety department, the restaurant completed a thorough cleaning and disinfection of the area within 15 minutes after the incident. All contaminated items have been properly disposed of. They have designated a person to communicate with Mr. Wang and actively follow up on the issue.
