United Nations spokesperson thanks China.

At the United Nations press conference on October 30th local time, UN Deputy Spokesperson Farhan Haq said "thank you" in Chinese, thanking China for paying its dues in full. Haq also emphasized that the United Nations is facing huge financial pressure and all member states should pay their dues in full and on time.
