The Zhongtong Finance APP reports that Shandong Pharm&Chem (300452.SZ) has announced that its shareholder Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fosun Pharmaceutical") intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 6.9787 million shares within 90 days after the announcement is made (from November 24, 2025 to February 21, 2026) through centralized bidding and block trading methods, which is not more than 3% of the total share capital of the company.
