Journalists learned from the Ministry of Science and Technology on October 31 that, based on more than a year of promotion and practice, the Ministry of Science and Technology recently released an optimized and upgraded version of the "Innovation Credit System 2.0" to promote its wide implementation nationwide. The "Innovation Credit System" is a new type of science and technology financial policy tool that quantitatively evaluates the innovation capabilities of enterprises based on innovation credits, helping financial institutions and other entities to more accurately identify the technological innovation attributes of enterprises and guide various resources to converge towards technology-based enterprises. In August 2024, the Ministry of Science and Technology released the "Innovation Credit System" Work Guidelines 1.0 version, promoting the "Innovation Credit System" nationwide. The newly issued "Innovation Credit System" Work Guidelines comprehensively upgrade the core indicator system of the "Innovation Credit System", improve the accurate profiling function of the "Innovation Credit System" for technology-based enterprises, and better serve the practical applications in various regions and fields.
