Zhijing Finance and Economics APP News, Shenhua World (00582.HK) announced that on October 24, 2025 at 4:00 pm (the deadline for accepting shares issued and paying the capital and applying for additional shares issued and paying the capital): (i) it has received valid acceptances of provisional allotment notices for 19 provisional allotments, involving a total of 503 million shares issued, equivalent to approximately 27.58% of the total number of shares issued under the rights issue; (ii) it has received valid applications for additional shares issued under 15 extra application forms, involving a total of 1.3897 billion shares issued, equivalent to approximately 76.12% of the total number of shares issued under the rights issue. After combining the calculations, 34 valid acceptances and applications involving a total of 1.893 billion shares issued have been accepted, equivalent to approximately 103.69% of the total number of shares issued under the rights issue of 1.826 billion shares.
