Northeast Securities announced that on October 30, 2025, its holding subsidiary Bohai Futures notified that its wholly-owned subsidiary Bohai Rongsheng Capital Management Co., Ltd. and wholly-owned subsidiary Bohai Rongxing Trading Co., Ltd., were transferred to Shanghai People's Procuratorate for review and prosecution by Shanghai Public Security Bureau for the "4.7 market manipulation case". Currently, the subsidiaries are operating normally, the case has not been judged, and the impact on profits cannot be predicted for now. The subsidiaries will cooperate with the judicial work, and the company will continue to disclose the progress.
