Huilv Ecological: Providing up to 250 million yuan in guarantees for holding subsidiaries

Huilv Ecological announced that the company has signed a "Maximum Amount Guarantee Contract" with the China Bank Wuhan Branch, providing joint guarantee responsibility for its holding subsidiary Wuhan Junheng, guaranteeing a maximum amount of 250 million yuan with a term from October 31, 2025 to October 22, 2026. The company holds 51% of the equity of Wuhan Junheng, with total assets of 1.414 billion yuan and liabilities of 769 million yuan as of September 30, 2025. As of the announcement date, the company has guaranteed amounts for Huilv Gardens and Wuhan Junheng of 1.06 billion yuan and 450 million yuan respectively, and 557 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary, all within the approved limit.
