Si Chuang Yihui announced that the twelfth meeting of the sixth Board of Directors of the company reviewed multiple proposals. First, it is proposed to increase the number of board seats from 7 to 8, increase the number of independent directors from 3 to 4, while the number of non-independent directors remains unchanged. The company's articles of association will also be revised, and this proposal will need to be submitted for approval at the fifth interim shareholders meeting in 2025. Second, the nomination of He Yiqi as a candidate for independent director of the sixth Board of Directors, who has not obtained the qualification certificate, has committed to participate in training to obtain it. His eligibility for the position will be subject to review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and submitted to the shareholders meeting for approval without objection.
