CITIC Group (00132.HK): Green financing leasing agreement with Ruizhuang Solid Waste Treatment in Dingzhou City.

Zhixin Financial News App reported that Industrial Holdings (00132.HK) announced that on October 31, 2025, its subsidiary Greenhousing entered into a financing lease with the lessee Dingzhou Ruquan Solid Waste Treatment Co., Ltd., with a total price of RMB 80 million for the lessee to acquire ownership of the assets. The assets will be leased back to the lessee for its use and possession for a period of eight years.
