Spring City Heat (01853.HK) completes the acquisition of certain heat production assets from its controlling shareholder group.

Zhitong Finance and Economics APP news, Chun Cheng Heat (01853.HK) announced that the group has reached all the preconditions listed in the asset transfer agreement regarding the acquisition of certain heat production assets from the controlling shareholder group. The target assets (excluding the target land) will be transferred to the company by October 31, 2025. Starting from October 31, 2025, all rights, interests, and liabilities attached to the target assets (excluding the target land) will be transferred from Chang Re Group to the company.
