According to Xinhua News Agency, the 14th Executive Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) held its 14th meeting on the morning of the 31st in Beijing to convey and study the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Li Keqiang, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a report. Wang Huning, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Chairman of the National Committee of the CPPCC, presided over the opening ceremony.
