The Southern Power Grid has successfully developed a practical high-temperature superconducting quantum voltage standard machine to meet the high-end demand of the industry.

On the 31st, Guangxi Power Grid Company of the Southern Power Grid Company of China introduced that recently, the company's power quantum technology team, together with China Institute of Metrology, Electric Power Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Nankai University, successfully developed a practical high-temperature superconducting quantum voltage standard machine. The machine is equipped with the high-temperature superconducting quantum voltage chip developed by the team, creating a "quantum ruler" for voltage precision measurement that is "independently controllable and plug-and-play".
