The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced: at the invitation of the governments of Uruguay and Brazil, Ding Xuexiang, member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, will visit Uruguay and Brazil from November 3 to 5. At the invitation of Brazilian President Lula, Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang will attend the Belm Climate Summit as a special representative of President Xi Jinping on November 6.
