Huawei and SuperX establish a joint venture global service company.

Recently, Huasen Tiancheng and SuperX AI Technology Limited jointly announced that they have reached a final agreement to establish a new joint venture company, SuperX Global Service Pte. Ltd., in Singapore. The joint venture company will be controlled by SuperX, and its core mission is to serve as a service provider for the SuperX Global AI Factory project, providing end-to-end professional services covering the globe for SuperX products and AIDC solutions customers, as well as professional technical support for customers' third-party AI products.
