Reporters have learned that Ancai Gaoke is currently in discussions with relevant local departments in Henan province regarding the mining and processing of high-purity quartz. In September of this year, Ancai Gaoke announced its intention to acquire 100% equity of Henan High Purity Minerals held by Luoning Zhongtianli New Materials Co., Ltd for 15.0112 million yuan. After the acquisition, the company can ensure the stable supply of high-purity quartz sand by coordinating the procurement of raw materials for its existing high-purity quartz product business. Earlier in March, a subsidiary, Henan Ancai Semiconductor Co., Ltd, announced its plans to sign a procurement agreement with Henan High Purity Minerals to purchase high-purity quartz sand materials, with an expected amount of 15 million yuan.
