Ping An Life Insurance continues to increase its holdings of China Merchants Bank H shares. Its holdings now account for over 18% of the total H shares of the bank.

The latest information disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that Ping An Life Insurance increased its holding of 6.6535 million shares of China Merchants Bank H shares in the market on October 24. After the increase, Ping An Life Insurance holds a total of 827 million H shares of China Merchants Bank, accounting for over 18% of the total H shares of the bank and 3.28% of the total share capital of the bank.
