On October 30th local time, a JetBlue flight from Cancun, Mexico to Newark, New Jersey, suddenly lost altitude while flying and had to make an emergency landing at Tampa International Airport in Florida. The accident caused multiple passengers to be injured, with at least 3 people suffering lacerations. JetBlue Airlines stated that the injured passengers have been taken to the hospital. The flight crew reported that the weather was calm and the accident is suspected to be related to the flight control system. The involved aircraft has been grounded, and the Federal Aviation Administration is conducting a joint investigation with the airline. (CCTV)
